Avocado Tuna Salad Recipe

Ingredients 

1 ripe avocado, peeled and diced 1 (5 oz) can tuna in water, drained ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped ¼ cup celery, finely chopped 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise (optional) Salt and pepper to taste Optional: fresh parsley or dill for garnish

Instructions

Prep the Avocado: Mash the avocado in a mixing bowl (or leave chunky if you prefer).

Add Tuna: Flake the drained tuna into the bowl with the avocado.

Mix in Veggies: Add chopped onion and celery.

Season: Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Greek yogurt (if using). Mix until well combined.

Serve: Spoon onto whole-grain toast, inside lettuce wraps, or enjoy as-is with a fork!
