Best Homemade Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients 

For Dough: – 1 cup warm milk – 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast – 1/2 cup sugar – 2 eggs – 1/3 cup butter (softened) – 4 cups all-purpose flour – 1/2 tsp salt For Filling: – 1/2 cup butter (softened) – 1 cup brown sugar – 2 tbsp ground cinnamon For Frosting: – 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar – 2 tbsp milk – 2 tbsp butter (softened)

Instructions

Mix 1 cup warm milk, 2 1/4 tsp yeast, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup butter, and 4 cups flour. Knead until smooth, then let rise 1 hour.

Combine 1/2 cup softened butter, 1 cup brown sugar, and 2 tbsp cinnamon. Roll dough into a rectangle and spread mixture evenly on top.

Tightly roll up dough and cut into 12 even rolls. Place in a greased 9x13" baking dish. Cover and let rise again for about 30 minutes.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool slightly before frosting.

Whisk 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar with 2 tbsp milk and 2 tbsp softened butter. Spread over warm rolls. Serve fresh and enjoy every bite!
