– 8 oz pasta (linguine or fettuccine) – 4 oz smoked salmon, flaked – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 1 tbsp olive oil – 3/4 cup heavy cream – 1/4 cup grated Parmesan – 1 tsp lemon zest – Fresh dill (for garnish) – Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Boil 8 oz of pasta (linguine or fettuccine) in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
In a skillet, sauté 2 cloves minced garlic in 1 tbsp olive oil. Add 3/4 cup heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes over low heat.
Stir in 1 tsp lemon zest, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan, and 4 oz flaked smoked salmon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss cooked pasta into the sauce, adding pasta water as needed to coat. Sprinkle with fresh dill before serving.
